Victor Wembanyama delivered a dominant performance with 43 points, seven rebounds and six blocks to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 121-111 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The French superstar shot 17-of-34 from the field, recording his 10th 40-point game in the regular season. His combination of scoring and rim protection proved too much for a Minnesota side missing key starters Anthony Edwards and Rudy Gobert.
Dylan Harper also impressed with 25 points and six assists, while De’Aaron Fox contributed 20 points as San Antonio secured its fourth consecutive win.
Ayo Dosunmu led Minnesota with 27 points and nine rebounds, but the Timberwolves could not keep pace with Wembanyama and the Spurs in the second half.
